The Vice President of Sales and Marketing (VP of S/M) at SERVPRO Team Wall is accountable for driving the success of all sales and marketing functions, crucial for revenue growth and brand visibility. They lead and are responsible for the success of the Director of Business Development, Director of Marketing, and Account Management Group, while also managing government certifications, bid opportunities, and contracts. 

The VP of S/M oversees sales commission, marketing performance reporting, and digital marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with revenue goals. Additionally, they focus on team training, technology proficiency, and monthly sales reporting to the executive team. Success is measured by revenue and profitability targets, KPM attainment, and adherence to company standards. 

The ideal candidate should exhibit strong leadership, change management skills, and adaptability to dynamic environments, prioritizing company and customer needs. Effective communication, organizational skills, and travel readiness are essential for success in this role.

The VP of S/M will report to the Chief Administration Officer. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities include:

·         Sales Lead Awareness and Organization
·         Oversee sales commission process
·         Understand sales environment for each market
·         Continually identify top prospects by market
·         Warm Lead Identification 
·         Weekly Level 10 Leadership Meetings 
·         Accountability/Ownership to the total sales and marketing teams performance 
·         On Site Job Visits and sales meetings attendance for VIP customers or prospects
·         Sales and Digital Marketing Performance Reporting Review 
·         Perform market research in each region and complete a competitive analysis to identify competitors
·         Bi-Weekly One-on-One Meetings – Direct Reports 
·         Bid Opportunity Identification, compilation and submission 
·         Sales and marketing performance analysis and distribution
·         Association Events/Meetings 
·         Monthly ‘All Sales’, “Hunting’ and ‘Farming’ Team Meetings 
·         Monthly Budget Updates and Reporting 
·         Responsible for SERVPRO Team Wall brand awareness and strategy
·         Oversee digital marketing efforts and strategy including Google ads and SEO
·         Oversee regional advertising partnerships and efforts
 
Additional Responsibilities Include:

·         Management of Awarded Contracts 
·         Review of Marketing Collateral 
·         Employee Training

Compensation: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
